You ever question if you are a good fit for wedding clients?

I know this should be something you consider before you accept.  However I have a client who was super friendly before we signed with ink.  2 weeks into this relationship and I'm seeing a completely different person.  She has become rude with borderline insulting and frankly just one of those calls I don't like accepting.  She speaks to me about things she should really speak to a good friend or psychiatrist.  Seriously!

I'm venting now because I just had a 35 minute call with her and I have no idea what just happened.  I'm mentally drained!

On the up side, this is an opportunity for you to learn to control client interactions, end them when they are no longer productive, and to figure out whether it's better to return the deposit and disengage.

What was the point of a 35-minute call?

Insulting? How? (I don't need to know, but the question is) What is/was the issue? Something missing in the contract? Some crazy idea she got? Something she doesn't understand?

So, yeah, controlling every situation is your challenge. It's not easy. And yes, some folks are a bad fit.

Sounds like a typical situation that reminds me of
the first law of self-defence: stay out of trouble!

I met similar persons and with, the years, I stayed
away more and more as I value on peace of mind.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

I would remind the client how you do business and put your foot down before it get's out of control.

Yes and it's stern reminder to interview people the best you can before signing them on.
