Taking Santa Photos. What is the best way to send photos digitally & quickly?

Hi, Photography Talk! I'm new to the forum, but excited to dive in.

In December 2019, I will be volunteering my time to take Santa Claus photos for children and their families at a community center for their annual Holiday celebration. I have done this for a few years now and have always printed the photos on a local printer, putting them in a photo folder and placing them on a table and let the families pick them up. However, I am looking to do this digitally this year.

Has anyone had the experience of taking photos and sending them to people/families using their emails with perhaps some software? I have been looking and looking for a simple way to facilitate the process and keeping track of the photos taken, as well as ensuring the photos get sent to the correct family.

I shoot tethered to my Mac using Lightroom. I thought about sending an email with each photo(s) through Lightroom, but feel like there is another possible solution. There is usually a pretty long line for the children/families to have their photo taken with Santa. I have a helper to print as I shoot.

I have seen these photo booths where they are self-run. You have your photo(s) taken, then enter your email/phone number to receive your photos and wha-lah, I have my photos.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and had a workable solution? I feel there may be a simple fix with the technology we have today, but I am at a dead-end. Any advice would be fantastic.

Thank you in advance!
