Rode Wireless GO work with more than one transmitter?

I posted earlier in another thread that I just ordered one of these things.  After which, I was watching more video's on this mic, and am I understanding this correctly that this thing only works with one mic/transmitter?

Wireless systems typically work one-to-one, yes. This is no different from handheld mics and headsets and in-ear monitors.

IOW if you need two, you'll need two inputs on your recording device. Think Zoom field recorder or similar.

Yep. as Gary said you can only control one at the time.  However I agree, especially if you are interviewing more than one person or recording more than one person that having additional transmitters would be a very nice thing to have.  Perhaps Rode will do this and release firmware update on older models.

I think the size of the receiver would get bigger if they increased to multiple channels.  Some sort of LCD screen to show and verify signals coming in.

Not yet for me.  I was thinking about picking up one, then my wife hinted about getting me one for Christmas.   So going to be patient and see what Santa brings to me.

The cool part with these is the range is insane that these Mics work

+1 with Moe, I agree.  What's funny is I got the Rode Wireless for a gift, and didn't use for nearly a month.  I thought this was going to be not all that good.  Man was I wrong.
