Insta360 New 1" sensor drone camera??

Saw that this morning.  This looks much more durable than their One camera.  Honestly I hated the lenses on the last one.  Mine scratched in the first week.  This looks durable.  The reversible monitor is a very nice touch.

LMAO!!!!  zillion parts of your camera scattering all over the place like a dropped ice cube!

Seriously, I'm sure that have some sort of locking system in place.

Yep, agree.  Hopefully this competition will get GoPro to take their head out of their ass and step up their game.  That's what happens, companies get lazy when no competition.

EXACTLY!

Yeah you would think, but I learned long ago not to make assumptions.

I want to know is how long the battery will last in that thing?  How long it will take to charge?  Is there an external charging for it?

Does shooting modes change the battery discharge time?  The problem with so many of these action cameras is the claimed battery time is under fine line conditions.  And in real world shooting the times are from my experience usually far less.

So are the optics made from Leica or Insta360?  And what's with the drone in the blender anyway?

Look at the video's the latches look pretty solid.  But what I'm not clear about is does this one have the 1" sensor OR is it the Leica one?

Good point Tcooper.  Don't know.  Another thing I don't see is mic port.  :toetap:

Someone posted this on Facebook earlier.  I have to admit their first camera I wasn't really impressed with, this one looks like something I might consider.  I'm really interested in how the optics are in the 1" sensor version.

How long till GoPro or DJI release something similar?

BTW the DJI screen looks to be larger than this one?

Battery looks larger in the videos I've seen.  But I had same concerns about how well this camera will stick together in the field when it gets bumped around.   Curious with the larger video if that  battery will yield longer life than GoPro??

SICK!

About time someone made like it meant business.

:agree:  can't wait to see what the 1" sensor version can do with photos.

Yes, but did they update the editing software for it?

From what I can see, no.  Just the hardware has been updated.

Hopefully Leica has the bulk RR in this new camera, that will insure, or stack the deck in the favor of a higher quality camera.
