I've seen so many accidents happening to photographers
and assistants, I think that they deserved every bit of it.

In this here video, the shooter is not even looking — or has
anyone watching her back… not very clever if you ask me.

Picking a spot that's clearly in a high traffic area is just looking for trouble. Clearly, the photographer wasn't paying attention to what the surroundings were either.
