If you're not a professional photographer, what are you doing with your photos?

I'm far from a professional, and realize just in my 1-2 years shooting, I have a lot of photos building up in my digital storage.  I was thinking about some of you who have been at this longer, if you don't sell your photos or are for hire, what do you do with all your photos?

I was thinking about this too a few days ago. I still have plenty storage space (and storage isn't really that expensive any more either) but RAW files sure aint small...

I've still got loads of negatives and slides from film days, plus digital files... Just store them anymore... Occasionally I'll have to search for an older image. Always a pain., even with keywords on digital files. Harder still on analog formats...

My very best and favourite ones , I  make large prints from and eventually hang on any vacant walls .

Any others I practice my darkroom techniques or digital editing techniques on,  or consider a re-shoot or  to improve some way in future .

Hobbyist, or professional, the photos should be stored where you can find.  Storage is cheap.

Professional or not, digital storage is the answer that you will get from most.

I was professional and was internationally published, cnn and such. Now I share them with you folks (when I start actually get into the swing of things again). I print for family and friends.  I do some consulting here in there for advice.  I know the field really well and have a lot of contacts.

Not to sound cheesy but the best thing i've gotten from photography is not the photos, but the friends.
