Will you go out when no clouds in the sky and sunny?

As I look out the windows of my home and look at no a single cloud in the sky, I start to contemplate if I want to get out and try to find a photo during bright sun and no clouds.

At least with clouds and sun, you have some more contrast.  A little diffused light.  Will you go out in such conditions?  Where do you go?

I never go out after looking out of the window, or letting the wea-
ther decide on my outings. that is not what image hunters do… we
just go out.

I have learned in my motorbike years that there is no bad weather,
just bad equipment. In terms of image hunting, dress consequently,
follow your nose, and don't look for things but see them. Anything!

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Agree with all of that. Add to it that we only have so much free time. I couldn't sit at home and waste what precious free time I have...

Sunny ,  or reasonably so ,  is my preferred lighting ,  so  I  very seldom pass up  an oppo  to get  some shots  in such conditions .

I head out when my mode strikes.  If it's sunny out, I look for contrast.

As long as it isn't pouring out, I'll head out any time of the day.

Why… your tripod is too light? :P

I don't go out if it's raining hard or other really foul Weather, but in any kind of Sunlight or clouds you can get great shots if you work in the shade or partial shade areas, or even by waiting for the right cloud to be in the right place for that one or two perfect shots in the shade from the cloud. The shade could be from a tree, a building, or even a large reflector with someone holding it in the right position to form the needed shadow. If it's a 5 way reflector. taking the fabric off and using the center diffuser to soften and spread the Sunlight can work well too, but again, you will likely need someone to hold it in the right place. Of course, this works best for people photography and not very well at all for landscape photography, etc.

I frequently use on camera flash and even high speed sync flash to fill or partially fill in unwanted facial shadows, but you can do this with a carefully placed reflector of the right color too, if you have someone to hold it in the right position.  I usually take several sizes of 5-way reflectors with me when I'm going to shoot on a bright Sunny day. Some can be used to create shadows, and another to create diffused soft light. Most of what I have are round, but I also have a kind-of triangular version with a handle that I sometimes hold over my head and the camera when we need some shadow because we are both getting too hot from the bright Sun. Be inventive and experiment. Some really great shots are possible in bright Sunlight.

Especially these days, I'll go out in nearly any condition.  As long as my safety isn't at risk, I'm game.

I have, but for my shooting style and what I enjoy the most, mornings, evening and night are my favorite times to get out.
