Yeah I've just moved to a new apartment building. In my previous one, they could leave parcels with the security guards, but in my new building, you have to collect it yourself every time. It's really irritating, because I'm out every time they come. Luckily they are pretty good at rearranging to deliver when you're free, but it's a bit weird that they don't just arrange the time in the first place. I got a message from Apple the other day saying "Your package is being delivered today" four minutes before the guy showed up in my building. Of course I wasn't home.Screamin Scott wrote:

I bought an Olympus camera from Adorama a few weeks back. It was delivered by FedEx. The shipping instructions said, "signature required". It, however, was left out front without so much as a ring of the doorbell. In this day and age of Covid, many things have been altered. Add to that the sheer number of items being shipped and there are bound to be issues. I'm currently awaiting a lens for my camera. FedEx again. I had received an email saying it was out for delivery, but checking the tracking number, it says it's still in the shipping facility...Oh, BTW, when I checked the tracking on the camera, it said it was handed to me....
