"Chiaroscuro" — or clair-obscur as it was called — would be the
perfect lighting approach.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Fine art feel to me.  Nice work.  

+1 on your response regarding lighting.  For me, it's spot on.   :judge:

A flash might be too big and strong, more used on buildings.

I tried it once and didn't like the result. Maybe I'll visit it again in the future with a different approach.
