Manfrotto vs Acra Swiss??

These are the only two mount types right?  Is there any advantages of one over the other?  I'm currently using an Arca Swiss style, but was wondering if there was any advantages to having a Manfrotto style mount?

There are plenty, its a way for makers to force you to buy their products
but many are convertible to Arca Swiss style.

The Arca Swiss style is the pro industry standard and gaining more and
more adepts — I, for one, am guilty as charged. It is sturdier, quicker, sa-
fer, sleeker, and doesn't have the edgy corners.

Arca Swiss is what I thought most used.  I don't know anyone that has recently used anything else

Totally forgot there was Manfrotto plates.  I had one when I first got started in photography, but made the jump to arcaswiss shortly after.  WOW, long time.

Most tripod makers produce standard interfaces that will permit
either their proprietary accessories or fit others brands's.

Arca Swiss is far more mainstream than Manfrotto.  Think about it, when was the last time you saw someone with a Manfrotto head?
