Rode Wireless Go is only recording to one channel?

3 months 1 week ago #736770 by Tom Henry
Anyone happen to know how I can get my Rode Wireless Go to record audio to both channels?    I'm only seeing it hitting the left channel.  Not a big deal as I can fix in post, but still it seems like I must have something wrong here.

Thank you

Perhaps your mic isn't plugged in all the way?

It's not merge vs split, you have your 'Safety channel' on.  Turn that off and you'll be able to record on both channels.
