Voice control for your professional camera?

1 year 4 months ago #746240 by Jerrid
I was driving back home last night from where we were at for Thanksgiving, and I love that I can tell my audio to play certain music and it does, which keeps things hands free.  My wife has started to take up photography last year, and last night we were talking about voice controls on professional cameras.  Would this be something that could actually be useful for pros, or would it be seen as novelty?  Actually are there any cameras that have?

Not something I would want to pay for.  Honestly I wouldn't use it.

Good gosh! That would force one to think and set photography back 40 years or more!

My experiences with voice recognition tell me that voice recognition in my camera would be something that I absolutely do not want. I have no desire at all to have a camera with that feature.

OMG isn’t that the truth.  I rarely works in my car and I find it more frustrating.  Wouldn’t be something I would be excited about.

Seems a bit silly to me, I would imagine that would be more novelty than something used on regular basis
