Highest rooftop access in San Fran for cityscape photo?

Odd request, but figured someone must know this.  So if you wanted to photograph the city skyline at night, which high rise in San Fran offers free access to their roof to get such a shot?

Thank you for your help.

All you can do is find the right person, explain your need, and hope they allow it. The building Superintendent would be the likely start, or the building owner. If a big real estate company, you will likely spend a month making contacts to get the needed permission.

Exactly, when you walk around, some of them will have a lobby with someone able to let you up.  Or at least direct you to where you might be able to go.

Rooftop?  Look into a stop just north of Golden Gate bridge, first exit and drive up towards the coast.  There is a spot up there (where tourist go) that is amazing shot of the entire city.

North of the bridge spot is amazing location for night shots of the city as well.  Time with the rolling fog.

You know there is a really good spot below that spot you all are talking about on the rocky beach.  That way you get immediate foreground interest of the water.  Just waying.

San Fran?  Don't leave your car unattended long with valuables.  City has horrible crime rate with break ins
