Suggest a good strap for over sore shoulder carry?

I have an extremely sensitive shoulder and need something that has a lot of padding.  I have been using a Holdfast Moneymaker for a few years and love it, but need something for the long days with some thick padding under it.

Can you recommend something please?

I've been using OP/TECH neoprene straps for years without complaint.

Mail bag strap pads may work well:

I should add, it's the Black Rapid 'Retro' model you want, at least that is the one I have and it's awesome.

OMG, you need to look at Holdfast moneymaker.  Do you have one camera or two?

I have the wide strap from Peak Design, not a lot of padding.  However with it being so wide, it's comfortable.

I have one of these as well and couldn't agree more from the comfort standpoint.  But how are you cleaning this strap?

I would think a wider strap and/or pad as previously posted, positioned where it touched the shoulder, would help solve this problem. Reducing the weight on the strap should help with the tender shoulder problem considerably too, if it's possible to maybe split the load between bags.

Another vote for OP/TECH, I've been using these straps for 8 years, might be longer.  Very comfortable on shoulder and wallet.
