When you don't have a formal studio or office, what is your opinion on meeting clients in Starbucks?

I have meet clients in a Starbucks or other coffee shops many times.  Nothing wrong with where you meet up as long as convenient for client.

Why not, easy access to your java fix at the same time.  Some Starbucks are louder than others, so you need to keep that in mind.

Get a coffee and talk in public space, assuming there is outdoor seating, I'm good with that.  It's a good centralized place to meet.  Nothing wrong with that in my book either.

Meet with one last Friday at a Starbucks.  Great place to meet that is casual and you can get a coffee and have access to restrooms if needed.

I've meet clients in:

Starbucks
Restaurants
Parks
Hotel lobbies
Parking lot
Mall

It doesn't matter as long as the client is good with the meeting location.
