Magnetic filters?

Magnetic filters I was told are super convenient, but what if you are walking  or hiking rather, how well do these stick to your lens vs falling off?   Do they stick well while you are walking or are these meant more for studio and camera in fixed positions?

Folks embarrassed to admit they wasted their money swear by them - the rest of us swear at them.

Falling off?  Only if you knock into them.

I have some video lights with magnetic attaching plastic color filters and diffuser. Any bump  at all and they will fall off. I am not a fan at all of these. In the  studio with my studio lights, or in the field  or studio with speedlites, I use gels and frames that attach in the more traditional ways. If I can avoid buying any magnetic attach anything in the future, I will.
