Can't help with full 10, but would guess that there are no mistakes? Well course there are things that most might not agree with. I would say if it floats your boat, then go for it :blink:

Over sharpening & over doing the saturation are the first things that come to my mind...

I believe there is too much dependence on photo editing. So the biggest mistake is making too many changes; subtle changes in exposure, sharpness, contrast, saturation, and brightness are fine to "tweek" the image. With the right camera settings, especially exposure, use of aperture or shutter priority (or manual mode if you are really good at it), lighting, and subject angle are things I try to think about before taking every image. And when shooting birds and other wildlife that is quite a challenge!

Hard to say if there's really mistakes, it's too subjective. An overprocessing "mistake" on one photo for example, may look great on another.
