About time. You going to get one?

Time will tell. Two things I'm looking for.

1080 25p (I'm sure they'll have this).

Some sort of in camera pixel binning (probably won't happen) apart from that I'm waiting to see tests between the D800 and the D800E. I'm thinking the D800 would be better for me as moiré is hard to remove in video.

Not going to lie. Those samples are crazy with detail. I just think it wouldn't realistically benefit me at this point. I'm excited to see what you can do with one.

I'm pretty sure I'll get the "normal" version.

Look at this image comparing the details from the D800 and the D800E. You that rainbow pattern (moiré) and zig-zag stepping is a clear sign the AA filter has been removed. Sure it's more detailed, but if you're out resolving the sensor, it's gonna look dodgy.

I went to Nikon's site. I saw the D800 but I must have missed the D800E.
