Hello I bought a sony a6400 and I started to do test for video and I noticed that both the viewfinder and the lcd appears very MOIRE and alaising an absurd thing on roofs in fences walls with bricks of various shapes shirts with stripes hairs etc, etc.  test another Sony a6400 and I was amazed at the amount of MOIRE alaising just to give an example was to shoot some buildings and the image was full of MOIRE and gets recorded .... !!!!  is already the second camera that testo of different dates of manufacture.  I come from Canon and I already had several cameras and I never found this problem ... sony says that a feature of the machine and not defect ... is there I'm confused if the video becomes unusable how can I make video ?????  so being the character of the machine is worth not having video only photo !!!! ????  I ask you to help me with this problem is there any way in the settings to eliminate or minimize this problem?

It sound to me that you have the camera set for interlacing. My background is broadcast TV and video. In the old days TVs used lines of signals that created an image called interlacing. It could be seen very easily on straight lines, fencing, roof tiles, stripped shirts. Anything with straight lines. The lines would moire or vibrate or flicker. Now a days TVs and the web are digital or progressive.

If you think this is what you are seeing then you might check your cameras setting. 1080i is 1080 interlacing. 1080p is 1080 progressive for example. Check to see if it is set for I or P.

Well, your camera seems be on progressive and not interlacing. 4k should be great video straight out of the camera. There is a setting in the camera called zebra strips but this will not record onto the captured video. Zebra stripping only is on the preview.

I am wondering you change the video setting to 1080p. You might try it and see if it looks better to you.
