Need Help Selecting best Sony A6400 E Lens for Interview Video / Educational

Hey everyone! I am new here and it would be great if someone could help. I am buying the A6400 tomorrow, possibly with a KIT lens if recommended. I have a budget for roughly $1000 for lens in specific, my needs are as followed, My company provides educational material and we also do live streaming. I do this out of my office, which is relatively small (12 x 14).

I want to be able to set a cam up about 2-3 feet in front of me when sitting at my computer that can create a good bokeh to blur the whiteboards about 7-8 feet behind me. I understand with the crop and a higher mm this might be difficult to achieve, but if possible I would love a recommendation with a OSS capable lens for the A6400 that can do this.  My understanding is this might need to be a prime.

Secondly, I will need a lens for more full body shots from roughly 6-10 feet away while I write on the whiteboard with high clarity to show what I write (to the right of my body at the angle).

I expect I will need a different lens for this, manual stabilization will likely be difficult to use since these will mostly be solo shots, although the first desktop angle will be mostly stationary. Any recommendations of Sony E lens or otherwise would be amazing. The cheapest way would be to buy a kit lens + camera for the full body stuff and a secondary prime for the bokeh shots.
