The scripts are all automatic along with the resizing, I use a little app called Cowasaki's Script writer written by a member of another forum. It is totally flexible and easy to use so you can set up which ever colour borders, what info you want displayed and what format you images to be saved along with many more. Cowasaki asks for £10 if your going to use the app regularly which in real terms is nothing for the amount I have used it.

Thats good news as I don't think I've processed half the images from yesterday lol.
