Yeah! Very good shots. Equestrian is such a posh sport. Well done!

I don't appreciate comments about the young women. If this was a mens event would you be commenting on them? The one in the last photo has a ribbon and a trophy so she must be an accomplished equestrian. This is about critiquing photos not the women who are the subjects.

I understood perfectly the spirit behind Phil's comment
and I see no reason to your reaction.

I personally had two boys and two girls and the girls had
a very special relation to their horses and the sport.

Your reaction could have been discretely communicated
via PM so I could receive your critique in this thread.

Cool! I love this set! I have never watched this kind of sport live. Was it fun?

Yes… first I LOVE the smell of horses and their company!
It was a very fine day.

For my work… not really. Capturing only given moments
takes a bit from the flow of efforts of both the riders and
the jumpers doing their best to win the competition.

Said the (probably) middle-aged, (possibly?) white (most certainly) male.

I didn't care for his comment, either, and will gladly pile on.

Leave the frickin' gender out of it. Always. It's never called for.

— "… will gladly pile on"? google translation does not make
more sense of this in French nor in German.

The horses look so robust and strong. I like the strong features emphasized in the shots. God job!
