Cycling Photo For Critique

Feel free to critique or make comments on suggested improvements. I shot this using a Sony A7RII, 24-105 Lens, 600 Watt Battery Powered Strobe

As far as the crop goes, I had this same shot in several other crops, but I went with this crop on purpose, because I felt like it brought the focus to his eyes, not because I didn't have a shot available without the head chopped.

"I didn't have a shot available without the head chopped."

That's fine with me, it illustrates being under pressure and
speed in time and space. Very cool!

The unmatching WB of the strobe is not so fine.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

The crop is distracting and the HDR has composite issues with ghosting.

Thanks, but I cropped it this way on purpose, I did have other shots with different crops. This is not an HDR shot, this is a single exposure.

I actually missed typed that. I did have other crops, but I chose this one. Thank you for the input on the white balance.

Crop is fine but HDR is a bit too much. Otherwise, this is a pretty shot.

My thoughts are that the flash has frozen the spokes of the wheels. In this shot my mind is expecting motion/speed.  But I think it's a good take despite that
