i've edited this photo a couple of days ago and i'm a beginner in photo editing so, i want to know what did i do wrong and how can i improve the photo and the editing .

First, I wouldn't be adding extra bokeh to the photo - the posts to the left and right It looks unnatural to my eye and the band of sharpness in the original draws me in to your subject.

The colors are pushed a little hard too.

This is all my taste so take with a grain of salt.

It's a bit too warm. He's orange-ish.

Don't turn your greens yellow.

For me: Please don't add fake blur. Ever. There's never a reason for it, and it never looks good (unless you intentionally make it obvious and an integral part of the image). If you need bokeh, get a better lens or learn to set up your shots for maximum effect.

You could use some vignetting here to darken the edges of the image.

With the fake blur it looks like he's posing in front of a green screen! Your raw photo is much better in all ways.

Yes, I'm with the @garyrhook, I don't appreciate the fake blur, It is visible at an alarming rate!!
But I'm never harsh and I like different and these are really charming. :) You have your own style and it's a good one.
