I'm sorry what are you doing?  Are you heading off to get shots?

No, but I will have to go very very far not to be able to bump here.

Oh, I get what you are saying now.  So any chance in getting to you take as Safari adventure with no internet?

Most safari places have internet where you overnight.
Also, I hate wildlife photography. It is worse than paparazzi photography. At least with the later you have better predictions of the action.

How is the tourist scene over there?  Bad or manageable?

The tourist trade is great. The rules and exams are in place for tour guides, the tour companies are world class, the only thing we do not have is Europe’s public transport system. Unsafe trains, no trams, no underground... so rent a car, do your own thing (like I would do) or join a tour group or smaller groups in your city.

Now isn't there areas that are a bit rough for tourist there?  I thought I read somewhere that things get a little rough around the edges?

You really have to get lost to get into troubled areas.
But crime is high, I presume.
So do not leave anything valuable visual in the car.
I was also signal jammed early this year and my backpack with laptop and lenses were stolen from my car in the busy city. It seems they even know the spots the cameras do not reach.

Again, it's that way in all major cities.  I heard there are some beautiful areas there.  I'm a New Yorker, can't be worse than some of the cities over here.

As location scout I am on the road a lot.
Never had scary incidences.

That would have been nice. Just been fighting a horrible summer cold so not been on much. Getting rid of it now though thankfully.

How are you?
