I work with half a drum, but smaller. Big enough to take a grill to feed 12 people. If there’s more people, I use the other half too. 
I’ve been to a farmer’s birthday who had a big party, used about fifteen 50 gallon drums for the meat.

Big BBQs are fun to attend.  We have family that lives in Texas and before Covid each summer they would have a huge party/BBQ.  Literally hundreds would attend from their town.  So much fun and the food was  :drool:   they have these huge custom made bbq pits and they start cooking the day before!
