I worked for a southern Caliph0rnia catering company (roach coach) years ago as a mechanic. There were a few incidents, one time a driver had a truck towed in and told us it was over heating...Upon inspection we found two bullet holes in the radiator and damage to the engine block. The lead mechanic said, it happens from time to time. Cabbies have nothing on those food truck drivers in competitive areas...
