Pinkie, our crime rate is rising. Cash-in-transit vans is very popular at the moment.
The one you saw was moving mobile phones.
High end phones at average price of R10,000, 100 phones will be worth a R1million.
I’m not a good reader. Anymore.
The garden is too small to bother with veggies.
I do have a young fig tree that had such a good harvest this year, so much that we made jam that we could dish out to friends and family.

I saw the same video, but it cuts off when the driver gets out.  What happened, or how did it end?

My Camera Bag:

Canon 7D | 50mm f/1.2 | 17-40mm f/4 | 70-200mm f/2.8 | 320EX | 580EXII

He shook them off. He got out when it was safe.

Yum, I love figs.  Now doesn't a bug need to die on the trees bud in order for a fruit to grow?  I thought I read something about that.   Prior to covid, was the increased crime affecting tourist coming there?

I did not notice that the crime scene was ten minutes drive from my home in a low income area.
Normally they are up north.

Pinkie, I doubt the bug story.
A fig grows where each leaf is attached to the brach.

Crime is crazy here.
My local mall had 2 attacks on the same jewellery store in three years and two attacks on mobile phone stores in the same time.

People just need to get a life and stop taking from others.  I have no tolerance for thiefs.

Boost yourself with vitamins, Martha.

Tim, our governing party infiltrated the state prosecutors and are looting the country dry while spreading news that it is the fault of rich whites that blacks are suffering. They were the party that ended apartheid, so they still get majority vote. Unemployment is highest ever and anarchy is building. It is not visible on the streets, so tourists will not notice it, but the minor streets are littered with potholes. Hospital services are declining. Energy (electricity) is a huge problem. This first world country will soon be 3rd word.

That chase was nuts.  Did any of you hear the story about the main driver?  He's pretty hard core military man.
