No, just took a social media breather.

I had one that the harddrive also bummed out.
The guy told me to switch off my Mac when I transport it.
I told him I did days of very bad gravel roads with it on.
He said “No wonder.”
I still do not believe him. It should have broken the first day, the roads were so bad.

Then I dropped one when I moved from one table to the other, trying to carry to much. Concrete floor, screen and harddrive gone. So off to become spare parts. Then I had my bag with camera, lenses, filters, batteries, chargers and Mac stolen from my car with a signal jammer in the city just out of view of the security cameras.
I had this one for nearly three years.

Social media breathers are refreshing.  I stopped using FB and Twitter.  Actually this site is the only community that I visit these days.  Well this site and a cooking page.

I kept my Fb open just to have contact with old friends.
I lost all my phone contacts some time ago and got the important ones back via Fbook.

The problem with FB now days, is all the political BS.  Then you have people posting far too many lame posts.  Sorry, but good reason why I unplugged my FB two years ago.  Yep, this site and one other photo community are the only ones I belong to.
