Active weekend! How close you getting to the action in those hockey games?

pretty much have run of the rink but the glass is never cleaned so I have to stay perched above it most of the time. And to answer Scotty I used to play pond hockey when I was a kid but at 54 I don't play any more sports than golf occasionally. I shoot a couple of games a week usually.

Well hubby and I is driving 3hrs south to Maryland to Conowingo Dam to photograph eagles. That is the plan, if it happens all depends on the weather.
We didn't make it to the movies last weekend, so maybe sunday we'll go see No strings attached.

My father is 63, and is playing pond hockey with old refs (he used to ref college games when he was younger). No excuses!

OK I get the point but my wife gave my skates away with the rest of the sports equipment when I had major back surgery 2 years ago. Also my eye surgeon demanded that I not get hit in the head again if I want to keep my sight. Sooo... I reluctantly gave up contact sports.
Photography is too important to try shooting while blind....

Pour me a cold beer, put some Diana Krall on the jukebox and let me say hello to everybody. It's my first time here, but I think I'll be back on a regular basis.

It's going to be nice to have 3-4 second exposures in broad daylight.
