Created a new account just to see if I can get the signature to work. Since there's been no response to my initial inquiry.

Which didn't work. So apparently the only way to get any tech support / attention is to start swearing?

Hi Gary,

Good morning and thank you for your post. However perhaps you missed my post from about 6 days ago: "Just jumping in to give heads up that we have a number of major changes coming around the corner where most of these items are getting taken care of with these updates. Stay tuned friends!"

We have some major changes coming around the corner with many of these bugs getting fixed... I appreciate your patience, I can assure you, my team is working as fast as they can.

As always, kind regards,

Alex

Yes, I saw that, but given the number of issues raised recently, it wasn't clear to me that the post was an acknowledgement of this issue. Add to this the fact that others, including new members, are able to create and modify signatures even though I can't, and it begins to seems personal.

So, feature request: documentation on how to edit your signature in your profile and include images, links, etc.

Add me to your Christmas card list and you got a deal! ha ha ha... Seriously this is no trouble, I'll add this to our upcoming 'to-do list'. Stay tuned!

Thanks Gary!

I don't know if this is the place to post this or If this is a "User" malfunction. But Whenever I try to update my background photo it is always stretched horizontally. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I am running on Chrome if that makes a difference.

I am also using Chrome and that make no difference. The only thing with Chrome is that is caches the pages and images very heavily to increase the page loading.
After you have uploaded an image you moved the crop area to where you want it to be and press save.
After a second or two the page will be reladed. In Chrome you might still see the squshed images as it uses the cached version. Try refreshing the page with CTRL-R or CTRL-F5 on other browsers.

Let me know if that works for you.
