Start to photography

During the past I have been wanting to learn photography butI have only been taking photos to make me feel as a photographer. I came across
photographytalk in the internet and it has been of great help. Instead of
taking so many courses and paying thousands of dollars to achieve your career,
I came across a landscape course from photographytalk and it also gives great
support from many photographers around the world.” I do have a question. To do a photography business, should Ilearn the type of photography before doing the business course. In landscaping
I have found out that you would need a DSLR and tripod (and some other
equipment)  I only have a powershoot and cellphone camera. I could use a
powershoot camera and alter the photo in lightroom or photoshop. What is your advice?

First you must find out where the needs are in your area for photographs. You talk about landscapes, but they are not money makers. Most people shoot landscapes as a hobby.

Equipment: Customers expect you to have professional equipment to do the job.
