An idea for tomorrow

10 months 5 days ago #712235 by Esseff
We've had pretty wet weather here the last two weeks. Tomorrow the rain is supposed to be even more severe, very cold and very grey. So my plan is to hike into the woods to one of the lean-to shelters, set up my camcorder and take an hour or so of 'rain in the forest' footage.

Haven't done this before so it could be fun. Plus the weather will keep everyone else away. Nothing better than having the woods to myself. :)

G'day mate

Sounds fine - take something to nibble on, a hot drink and maybe something to sit on and keep you warm while you're out 'n about.  My efforts in similar circumstances have come up with varying results too ~ so might yours  :)

2 images attached if it's okay with you  :)

Hope this helps
