I bought admittance into a garden right afterwards. I handed the lady one half of the bill and asked if she could change a ten. She laughed as I handed her the other half. She said she would be glad to take that off my hands. Now that's customer service!

I used to work in a bank. If you have at least 3/4 of the bill (meaning the whole portrait and one whole serial number), it is considered legal tender. The bank eventually will send it to the Federal Reserve to be destroyed. Just so you know, not that it would have helped you at McFryKing!
