It was my Outlet. I Took Pictures of Flowers and Animals When i was upset or angry. It always helped me realize how Beautiful the world was.

I've had a camera in my hands most of my life, brought it to work at the hospital every day and got a lot of puzzled looks and questions about my photography. Sold a few shots of landscapes to coworkers over the years but mostly had some fantastic sunrise/sunset pix to show for it. I worked on the side as a wedding and portrait shooter and got into shooting sports in the early 1990s. Found that it was a great way to relieve stress from the job as a nurse. Now I can do it full time or as much as I want since I am retired from nursing. I don't have 7 kids but I do have 7 cats who model for me when they are in the mood for it.

It's just one of things...one day I was snapping pictures, the day (several years later) I actually became good at it. I still have alot to learn.
