10 Essential tips for concert photography

Please don't be stubborn and don't try to guess how to set up your camera for that side gig at a concert... 

Take care of the aperture, ISO and shutter speed. Best lenses are 2.8 or larger aperture... The larger, the best.

I tend to set mine at f/1.4, ISO 12800 and 1/100 shutter speed.

I've done sports and events and camera settings vary depending on the existing lighting, the venue, etc. There's no pat answer, it takes learning how to shoot events.
