I dig that… colours and tones, keys
and composition but the sharpness!

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Why would you want sharp with all that?
Photo elements are a choice not a necessity.
Focus and clarity are two such elements.
My picture, my choice.
It’s not to say you couldn’t take a better picture. I’m sure you could, but this suffices my needs.

Cheers
Tom

Yeah! I like the composition as well but I agree that the sharpness should be enhanced a bit.

After me going to the trouble of removing the texture you now want it back,
.
You should have told me beforehand.

Question: why does the image need to have the sharpness inhanced?

First, what kind of message would you like us to receive in this shot. Is this a dreamy-effect or would you like to portray a semi-minimalist street shot?

It had been raining all evening. By morning there was a cover of heavy cloud. The temperature was close to freezing. The streets were quiet and empty. I was walking alone. My glasses had fogged a little.

Thats what I felt at the time.
Does that help?

The composition is really interesting. The colors are very vivid and the positioning of the subject is quite creative.
