Peak Design or similar camera tether?

5 years 3 weeks ago #633711 by ThatNikonGuy
I need something that is 8-10" long at most and has a quick release system like Peak Design.  I would prefer Peak Design, however unless they have a hidden product list, I couldn't find one.  The closest I could find was this one:  www.amazon.com/Peak-Design-Leash-Camera-...S/ref=dp_ob_title_ce

But that is way too long.

Let me know if you know of something that is a little more reasonable.  Thanks PT!

If you want good answers you have to ask good questions.

Tether to what? An 8 - 10 inch neck strap? Or ...?

If you refer to a short strap to tether a camera body to something, then you probably want a wrist strap? For a simple, quick release method for wrapping around a pole or what-not, perhaps this:

Yeah, knowing what you want to tether too would be helpful to know.  The on above, worse case you could cut it and sew it together.  Not pretty, but will work.  Just saying incase you don't find what you want.
