Hard case backpack 20-30L?

4 years 5 months ago #666561 by Sean Lamber
Hey guys, can you link me to 20-30L hard case backpacks?

I want something with a little more of a form factor to it.  Actually Santa is getting this for me.  She (I mean he) wants me to send my list.

Have you looked at cases from Pelican?  Is that what you are after?

SKB makes a good case too, and they have been around for a number of year.

I will always recommend Think Tank (MindShift) . You might look at F-Stop, too, but I'm not sure those are "well defined", if I'm understanding your request.

F-stop doesn't make a hard case backpack.  You might want to check out a company called Hazard 4.  They have some slick looking backpacks that are rugged and have a hard like shell to them.

Good luck!

That's full on tactical gear. :beerbang:  My brother in law would really dig that!  Not feeling that tan color.  The gray I think works the best.

J Photo Man, check your PM, I just responded to your message.

So you are right, Pelican does make a hard case backpack. If you haven't found it, check out  Pelican S115 Sport Elite Laptop

It's not my style, but Pelican does make some great gear.

You don't need a hard case, you just need a back pack with thicker inserts.  That will do the trick and give you a ton more options.

That Pelican is ugly.  Sorry that just doesn't look like it would be comfortable on your back.  Why not just stick with their rolling case?

To each their own.  LOL

I don't care what the look is so much, it's the functionality that matters most to me.
