Long exposures are great for photographing cityscapes during blue hour! You can feel the rush of traffic but the city looks still. Don’t forget that you need a tripod! Stafan P Olsson, whether by accident or design, included his shadow with his tripod legs perfectly aligned with the seams in the concrete and road. This is a really cool detail that adds interest to this wonderful cityscape.
