I am a self taught scene encapsulor born in upstate NY transplanted to Oregon 16 years ago. My background ranges from TV News Videography to classical music performance to photography for the past 16 years. The love of the scene is what drives my passion. Exploring nature in the PNW is a rewarding experience and I am lucky to extend the adventure with a photograph to share with the world. Currently this passion has lead me to offering one on one photo workshops to spread the photo knowledge and appreciation of the scene. There is no greater reward than seeing a student light up with those “ah ha” moments when the knowledge and experience of photography begins to sink in! I believe Photography is the extension of the experience make sure to be present fully and give thanks for the ability to encapsulate moments in time.
