Have you photographed wild horses before?

If you want to print something 80x62" on metal or acrylic, what size of image would be needed from the camera? I'm talking something to be very sharp and look as real as it did in person.
3000 x 6000 (made up number), what size is needed?

I've been seeing articles all over the place regarding new Luminar 3 and it's cataloging. Most are for it, but all talk about performance issues, and how demanding this program is from tech resources needed in your computer. My Mac isn't new (2015), but has 16GB ram in it.
Would you happen to know if this older processor, but 16GB ram could swing this or will it be more frustrating than it's worth?
