I'm getting into diving this summer and would like to get into underwater photography while at it.  I did a google search for underwater housings for Panasonic GH5 and these things are expensive!  I don't know much about these underwater housings.  But noticed there is a large gap between some of these. 

Can you suggest one?

That sounds like a fun trip.  I think your only option will be superfast glass and camera with great ISO performance.
