Jasyon "Jay" Hardesty is making a name for himself on Instagram as the one UPS worker who doesn't hate dogs. Instead, he takes pictures with each one he meets throughout the day and posts them on Instagram.
The New Orleans-native got the idea when he was moved to a "younger" part of town. In this part of town, Jay noticed the dogs were much friendlier.
"They moved me to a different area of town with more people my age, more single people, and the dogs were a lot friendlier," Jay said in an interview with Buzzfeed.
"They come to the door and are happy and let you pet them and stuff," he continued.
Jay really gained popularity when a popular author, Jami Attenburg, who lives along Jay's route posted a photo of her pup with Jay.
Editor's Tip: Do you have beautiful photos but aren't sure how to display them? Turn them into large format prints! See what your photos look like as fine art.
Above Jay is pictured with one of his favorite doggos, Prince.
Like any Millennial, Jay knows the way to his Instagram followers' hearts. He waits until every Friday evening to post his dog of the week.
"There's actually a waiting list of dogs," he said.
Jay's become so popular that you don't even need to be following his Instagram to run across cute pics of him (though we recommend you do).
#PupsOfJay, the hashtag dedicated to the UPS worker, was recently covered on Today.
If Jay is "a very easily entertained UPS driver," as he claims on his Instagram then we are "very easily entertained dog lovers."
