I know I get frustrated with Photoshop every once in a while (aka at least every 10 minutes while I'm using it).
But, I definitely do not get as frustrated as Krazy Ken from Computer Clan did while he was testing out Adobe Photoshop version 0.63 Beta.
This version of Photoshop came out in 1988. It required an old Macintosh with 8MB of RAM and a 32MHZ 68030 processer.

This version of Photoshop was technically the second version ever created, and it was also never commercially available. The first commercial Photoshop came out the next year in 1989.
While it's fair to say this Photoshop is a tiny bit more primitive than what I'm currently running on my Mac, it does have an incredible amount of features for how old it is.

This Photoshop features smudging, undo, filters and saturation adjustment.
However, it isn't the fastest, which Krazy Ken points out.
"Honestly, if I couldn't hear the hard drive, I wouldn't even know it's doing something right now," he admitted.

He attempted to edit a few different photos of the Chicago skyline, and even hand drew a little title card on one of them since text wasn't available on this version of Photoshop.
Editor's Tip: Using a tripod will help you capture better landscape photos. Not only will a tripod stabilize your camera and eliminate camera shake, but you can also use the few moments it takes to set up the tripod to look for interesting compositions that make your photo more appealing. Tripods come in all sizes and many different price points, but if you're working outdoors, it's nice to have a tripod with twist-lock legs for rapid deployment. Likewise, if you want to save weight for those long hikes you take to find beautiful spots to photograph, consider a carbon fiber tripod.

The finished product was so incredible, he immediately threw them both in the trash. But hey, what were you expecting using a 30-year-old Photoshop?
