Friend of my father @ the assisted living facility.  Tri-X on a 1950s Rolleicord--I wasn't sure the camera still worked after years on a shelf, so I shot a test roll when I was visiting my dad.  This is "Miss Nancy," a charming old girl.  :-)

I like #9 a lot......There is just something about film that cant be replicated well enough in digital format. You can get close with blur etc, but there certainly something magic about film. Kind of like analog vs digital in music.

Could be that one holds more sentimental value to the old stuff perhaps.

I get what you mean ... but can't really put a finger on it also.  I shoot Fuji because Fuji has a very different sensor CFA compared to the Bayer CFA used by all/most other brands.  Fuji delivers colors/images closer to film than any other camera I've used. 

Maybe analog film captures our analog world better than digital.  Digital is much easier, faster and cleaner (no chemicals) than film.
