Ah more tasty pretentiousness from Leica

I think it looks nice to be honest. But paying that price for a "hand worn" camera is dumb.

Yeah, killer looking camera, but not worth the price tag if you ask me

I like the camera but no way could I justify spending that kind of cash for a camera

Your dad had a banana? lol

having the best you can afford is a never ending chase. About the time you get comfortable with it, the company upgrades it! then to have the best, you have to upgrade.  Something I noticed about my old D70, I get just as good of photo's with it than I get with my upgrade D5000. Went to a D7000 now and hopefully the big difference will be how the camera follow's and focus's moving object'.

Reach's a point of diminishing returns I think. Exactly what can you get with say a D4 you can't get from say a D300s, other than more pixels that weather you need them or not is not really clear, at least to me. You can be sure that Leica is going to sell a certain amount of these camera's but I doubt to a working pro or even an advanced amateur.

I agree, I am going to stick with paying money for my ripped jeans .

On a serious note...Wouldn't be nice to have so much money you could buy stuff like this even if it is not logical!

Yeah it would be nice to have that kind of money to some extent. But I still would not buy a pre-molested camera for that price. When I read that line in the article my thoughts went to a bunch of German guys sitting around in trench coats with lustful faces. Just like this Canon owner, nothing like a little hand rubbed love for your gear.

Nice camera. But they could add the 50mm f/0.95 instead of the cheap f/1.4.

True, a cheap $3,745 lens feels like a bit of a rip off.  I deserve a $10,745 instead for that price.
