I just signed up this morning and snooping around this site to get familiar with it.  I'm a Canon 5D Mark II owner, with plans on upgrading to a Mark III this summer.  I'm from Georgia too!

I used to own a 5D and a 5Dii (at the same time) they're great cameras, only the AF sucks a bit.

I had a 5d mark I and 5d mark II.  I miss the 5d Mark I so much, it had the most unique way of processing blacks.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

Yeh.  

Which reminds me.  The 1DsIII sensor sensor is the best sensor I've come across for an organic look.  That gen sensor is the bomb.
