I like the overall mood and the cloud formation, however you need to expose a lot more the shadows. There is no detail at all in half of your frame. Once you do that, it may need a little bit of cropping.

Thank you for your advise, as this is my first decent picture, and I took it with my phone and haven't edited it or cropped it, I think it is pretty good going. I will try and improve the picture once I open it on my computer. Thanks for the advise and criticism.
