Ok, thanks for the appreciation. In the wasp shot I used a Pentax K5 + SMC 50mm f/1.7 (middle 70s) reverse mounted + one or two extension tubes + Yongnuo Speedlite Y560-II + Home made light diffuser. Hand held. 100 iso, f/11. I'll look for the original DNG file to give out more info.

The spider shot was done with the same gear but the lens used was a Tamron SP AF 90mm F/2.8 Di MACRO 1:1
